First UU offers rental space for your support group, party, family reunion, or budding worker’s rights union!

FAQs
All rentals require a $100 deposit. The deposit will be refunded after the event if the space is free of damage, key is returned, and First UU checks that all aspects of the rental agreement were followed.
You may request a fee waiver or reduction. Waivers and reductions may be granted if the group is values-aligned.
Deposits and fees may be adjusted at the discretion of First UU administrator. No fee will be waived or reduced for a person or organization holding a for-profit event.

Deposit and rental payments can be made by check, Paypal, or electronically.
Active members of First UU may rent the space for non-church activities at no charge provided the event is not for-profit.
Other spaces are available. Please indicate in the form if you would like a tour of one of the other rooms.
First UU has a portable Bluetooth sound speaker with two wireless microphones. Use of the sanctuary sound system by trained users only.
